Payment:
A deposit equal to 50% of the rental price will be due upon booking to secure booking dates together with a signed copy of our
registration form. Final payment must be received prior to arrival. If not received, we retain the right to cancel the booking.*
Security deposit:
A security deposit of €150 for the Temple apt. and €200 for the Tower apt. will be required and added to the total booking costs and
refunded to the party after an inspection upon departure.
Heat supplement:
A heat supplement of € 100 euro for the Temple apt. and €150 for the Tower apt. per week during the winter months beginning in
October and usually ending in March, will also be added to the total booking costs.
Refunds:
All cancellations made by the party must be received in writing in order to qualify for a refund. Cancellations made within 10 days of
initial booking will be fully refunded minus a 30% cancellation fee. Cancellations made after this 10 day grace period and up to 2
months prior to travel will be refunded with a cancellation fee of 50%. Cancellations made from 2 months prior to travel up to 20 days
prior to travel will be refunded with a cancellation fee of 75%. All cancellations after 20 days prior to arrival date will be non-
refundable. Special offers and promotions are considered non-refundable. *Partial payments will be considered non-refundable if
booking is cancelled due to non-payment of 2nd portion of amount due.
